Firefighters, EMTs and other first responders are entitled to compensation for their injuries on a scene caused by the negligent acts of others.  The Pinsky Law Group has a history of successfully representing first responders and receiving just compensation for their injuries.

Not all cases settle, and occasionally a court appearance is necessary! In 2018, the Pinsky Law Group represented a firefighter who was struck by a car by a distracted driver.  The firefighter was directing traffic and was struck despite the presence of warning lights and signs.
